Her early life was unextraordinary, and with good schooling she earned her Bachelors of Computer Science at New London University in late 2119, with a focus on Synthetic Intelligence Psychology. In the process though she found how profound an impact policing can have on communities, and so she joined the Royal Lunar Union Police Force in late 2123 as a consultant on Synthetic Relations. She stayed there for another three and a half years before being approached by the Supernatural Intelligence Agency in early 2127.
APPEARANCE
Neve is physically very unassuming, a little on the taller side for a woman, but otherwise slender and generally nondescript. Her most noticeable feature is her coppery toned hair which she is very meticulous about keeping well taken care of. She also constantly changes minute thing about her appearance, including wearing glasses, darkening and lightening her skin, adding false freckles, and other similar minor cosmetic things.
She has a barely visible scar of the combined male, female, and the barred male sign (⚧) on her left palm. It's very faded, but visible in the right conditions. She generally makes an effort to hide it, including wearing gloves and putting makeup on it.
